Stefan specializes in planting design, lending his expertise across all project phases while coordinating plant selection. Growing up exploring the ravines of Toronto, Stefan’s fascination with natural materials and ecological processes informed his art practice. While mentoring at an Indigenous youth program, his passion for our shared relationship with plants deepened as he cultivated landscape literacy in others.

Stefan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from the University of Guelph and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Toronto. He is the recipient of the CSLA Award of Excellence, the Gold Medal in Design and was a Landscape Architecture Cultural Foundation scholar. Stefan joined MVVA in 2022.
