Martin Roura
Principal

Originally trained as an architect, Martin relies on his broad technical experience to guide MVVA projects from concept to construction, facilitating the varied needs of multiple stakeholders, contractors, and consultants. Martin's fascination with the context of structure and the dynamic between form and environment led him from architecture to landscape architecture, and ultimately, to MVVA.

Martin received a Master of Architecture and Environmental Design from Parsons School of Design. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Urbanism from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He won the Merit Award for Housing and Community Development from the Boston Society of Landscape Architects. Martin has been a design critic at Parsons School of Design, Rhode Island School of Design, and Boston Architectural College. He has been a guest lecturer at Philadelphia University and a presenter at the Design on the Delaware Conference. Martin joined MVVA in 2001.
