Khyati brings her experience in architecture and landscape architecture to MVVA. She has managed large teams on complex projects, and her contributions at MVVA have included design development, strategic coordination, and resource planning.

She received a Bachelor of Architecture from the Sushant School of Art and Architecture in India and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Prior to joining MVVA, she worked as a landscape architect in Brooklyn on civic, mixed-use, and residential projects. In 2018, she was awarded the Digital Earth Fellowship for her research on coastal political ecologies in Gujarat, India. In 2017, she conducted advocacy work on urban resiliency in Marikina, Philippines as a Metro Manila Civic Innovation Fellow. She has also contributed to post-Hurricane Sandy resiliency research with the U.S. Forest Service and the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation. Khyati joined MVVA in 2018.
