Kate’s work ranges broadly from large-scale park designs to the creation of detailed play environments, helping children discover the relationship between their community and the ecology of a site. She also explores design possibilities through different methodologies, from hand sketching to high-quality graphic renderings.

Kate received a Master of Landscape Architecture from the Spitzer School of Architecture at City College of New York, where she was awarded an AIA New York Center for Architecture Design Scholarship and a 2018 ASLA Student Honor Award for her thesis on coastal habitat in Phuket, Thailand. She earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. Before joining MVVA, she worked at LAB Landscape Architects of Bangkok and at Landscape Metrics in New York.
