Growing up between Manila, Philippines and Buffalo, New York, Dom’s interests lie in storytelling through landscape and playground design as a means of connecting children to their environments. Dom contributes to 3D modeling and rendering efforts at MVVA.
Dom earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Cornell University in 2022. He was awarded first prize for the 2022 ASLA NY Upstate Student Project Poster Session for his thesis on climate change mitigation strategies on Poughkeepsie's Waterfront. In addition, Dom received a 2022 ASLA Merit award and the 2021 First Place Jury Award for Short Film. Prior to starting at MVVA in 2022, Dom interned at Bishop Land Design and Reed Hilderbrand.
