
Amelia Boyd
Studio Assistant
Hailing from New Canaan, Connecticut, Amelia's love of botany and the outdoors ignited her interest in public space design devoted to climate resilience and reversing biodiversity loss. Amelia supports design efforts, project research, and office administration at MVVA.
Amelia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a minor in Earth Science from Vassar College, where she worked as a greenhouse assistant. Before joining MVVA in 2022, Amelia conducted a variety of environmental field work in New England, including river and beach water quality monitoring, mapping trees at Grace Farms in New Canaan, CT and agricultural work as field crew member at Morning Glory Farm on Martha’s Vineyard.
